This is a concept prototype. Occupancy is used only on-device to drive the AC — the owner's app shows setup, the AC, energy, and property state, never a live record of the guest's movements (security alerts fire only when the property is armed and vacant). The device also can't read the guest's remote; it infers AC state from the room's climate. Every behaviour maps to the firmware roadmap and occupancy-fusion design; figures are illustrative.
