Point the AC’s own remote at Cerloq and press the buttons you want it to know. Off and cool are enough for the automation; teach all five and you have full control from your phone — so an unusual or older unit works like one from the library.
Nothing to connect. A radar in the device senses whether anyone is inside, even asleep. It waits ten minutes to be sure the room is empty, eases the AC back, and switches it off ten minutes later. When someone comes back, Cerloq steps aside at once and leaves the AC to them.
Every time the AC was running, the room was empty and Cerloq switched it off, the hours go into your savings log with a start and an end. Euro figures follow from your tariff and the AC’s capacity. If in doubt, we count less, never more.
There is no microphone in the device, and there never will be. Nothing said in your apartment can be heard, recorded or transmitted.
Presence is sensed by a 24 GHz radar that produces no image of any kind. No video data is collected, transmitted or stored.
Whether someone is in the room is used by the device to run the AC — it is never streamed to you or to us. You see the AC, the savings and the property’s state, never the person.
Every message travels encrypted. Your climate readings and savings are stored in Europe, and nothing is ever sold or shared with advertisers.
