Nothing to connect. The radar takes ~10 minutes to be sure the room is empty; the AC drops to eco ~15 minutes later — once the device can tell the AC is actually running — and switches off after ~30 more. When the guest returns, the device stands down: it never switches the AC on or toward comfort by itself.
Cerloq measures avoided runtime — your AC was verifiably running, the room was empty, it switched it off — and logs each interval with a start and end. It under-claims by design.
